Adora Zachary is a graduate of Toccoa Falls College with a Bachelor of Science in Counseling/ Psychology, and The Institute of Integrative Nutrition as a Certified Health Coach. Her interest in using nutrition to achieve greater wellness began in earnest after she graduated from college and moved back to Waxhaw, NC. Her family had started attending a new chiropractic office that encouraged clients to implement healing foods and lifestyle changes to facilitate their care. Amazing positive changes in her family’s health started to occur and a few years later she began to heal her own more serious gut and thyroid issues under a doctor directed elimination diet similar to the First Line Therapy Program at Upper Cervical Wellness Center.
Eventually she decided to combine her interests in life goals counseling and nutrition, by getting certified as a health coach at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York. She is so excited to share how making simple changes over time can help relieve many weight challenges and life stresses people think are just a part of life!
Adora grew up in Petersburg, Alaska; a very rainy and cold climate! Only after starting to heal her body with nutrition has she been able to make it through a southern summer without feeling totally overwhelmed! She enjoys kayaking, hiking, camping, a variety of creative arts projects, and hopes one day to build and live in a tiny house!
